After spending about five days in Colorado it was time to head home. So on our way we drove to Santa Fe to spend a day and half there before driving back to Texas. We walked around the plaza, shopped a little, drove by our school and of course ate same yummy new mexican food at several of our favorite places. Our last dinner we met my mom's cousin Bill and his wife Jary, who we love to see whenever we're in Santa Fe, for dinner at Maria's. It was good to catch up and we were excited for them to meet our kids. Overall it was a perfect ending to a wonderful vacation!
I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and father, Ollie, who is busy pursuing his dream to be a doctor, a mother to a sweet, but sassy five year old girl, Genevieve, and a cuddly, but demanding two year old boy, Anson. I enjoy the outdoors, soccer, reading, musicals, hiking, snowboarding, camping, swimming, the 80's, shopping, traveling (wish I could do this more often), baking, photography, animal rights, playing cards, backgammon, sudoku, Kraft macaroni & cheese, summers in Seattle, spring in New Mexico, fall in Texas, chocolate, real conversations about politics and religion with open-minded people, family walks, the smell of coffee, sunflowers, raspberries, vegetarianism, hanging out with friends and family. Life is continuously an adventure at our house!
