We met our friends Elliott and Chelsey at the mall play area the other day. We got there a little early and Genevieve and Anson played so well together. Genevieve was very helpful with Anson, sometimes too helpful. When Elliott arrived the kids had even more fun! They ran all over the place, exploring everything there! Anson started getting tired (it was his nap time) and then he had a little fall and after that he was done! All he wanted was Mommy to hold him. That didn't deter Genevieve, she just played with Elliott. She had lots of fun with her and as she does with Anson she tried "helping" Elliott with everything. Elliott didn't need help, but she didn't seem to mind. She and Genevieve had a ball together. The mall play area is a great activity on a hot summer day. We'll definitely go back and hopefully our friends can join us again!
I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and father, Ollie, who is busy pursuing his dream to be a doctor, a mother to a sweet, but sassy five year old girl, Genevieve, and a cuddly, but demanding two year old boy, Anson. I enjoy the outdoors, soccer, reading, musicals, hiking, snowboarding, camping, swimming, the 80's, shopping, traveling (wish I could do this more often), baking, photography, animal rights, playing cards, backgammon, sudoku, Kraft macaroni & cheese, summers in Seattle, spring in New Mexico, fall in Texas, chocolate, real conversations about politics and religion with open-minded people, family walks, the smell of coffee, sunflowers, raspberries, vegetarianism, hanging out with friends and family. Life is continuously an adventure at our house!
