Gingerbread House

For Christmas Grammie and Pappaw got Genevieve a Gingerbread House Kit. So a few days after Christmas while the kids and I were still in Dallas (Ollie was on his camping trip) Genevieve and Grammie decided to make it. They had fun putting the icing on and then decorating it with candy. And of course Genevieve had fun nibbling on the goodies while making it. It turned out cute and we brought it home and had it for dessert for a few nights.

    We had one like that too! The guys (Tate, Matt, and my Dad) decorated it all by themselves on Christmas Eve, so you can imagine how it turned out. I was pretty good for their first time at that type of thing!
